Required a visionary IT manager who can maintainn design and align entire organisations IT infrastructure - Hardware , Networking & Cybersecutiry.

Minimum 10 years experience of leading team in similar profile.

- Design, build and maintain the on-premise server estate — Linux server administration, VMware virtualisation, storage, and capacity planning across all sites
- Design and operate the backup architecture across all critical systems, including an offline or immutable copy that a ransomware event on the domain cannot reach
- Design, deploy and maintain the network across head office and all factories: LAN/WAN, core and access switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, structured cabling, and Wi-Fi coverage including shop-floor and warehouse areas
- Own the EPBX telephony estate and the RF links connecting offices and factories — availability, fault diagnosis, alignment and link health, licensing and spares
- Implement and operate the security controls set with the Head of IT: firewalls,



network segmentation, secure remote access, endpoint protection, email security, and web filtering. Run disciplined patch management across servers, endpoints, network devices and firmware, with a defined cycle and exception tracking.
- Design, install and maintain CCTV across offices and plants — camera coverage planning, NVR/DVR sizing, storage and retention periods, and remote viewing. Keep surveillance and access-control systems on isolated network segments with default credentials changed and firmware maintained.
- Own the end-user hardware lifecycle: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, shop-floor terminals, barcode and weighbridge peripherals, and UPS protection for IT assets.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
