Main responsibilities

- IT hardware and software asset management
- Software licensing and compliance
- IT procurement and vendor management
- Asset inventory and lifecycle management
- Financial tracking and reconciliation of IT assets
- Reporting on licensing, security compliance and asset optimization
- Management of supplier and software license information
- Support for global IT procurement initiatives
- SLA follow-up and coordination with internal teams and vendors

Key skills

We should focus on candidates with:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / ITAM




- Strong experience with ServiceNow Asset Management
- Experience with Oracle
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Hardware and software asset lifecycle management
- Software Asset Management / licensing
- Good understanding of licensing models from vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle and IBM
- IT procurement and vendor management experience
- Robust reporting capabilities
- Understanding of hardware, software, networks and peripheral equipment
- Experience working with SLAs and global IT/support teams
- Strong English communication skills
