Eduosynapse Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is building hands-on technology learning programs in IoT, Robotics, Embedded Systems, AI, and emerging technologies for schools and educational institutions.

We are looking for a curious, hands-on, and enthusiastic IoT Engineer who enjoys not only building technology but also explaining, demonstrating, and teaching it to students.

What You Will Do

- Develop and work on hands-on IoT, embedded systems, and robotics projects.
- Work with microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and similar platforms.
- Work with sensors, actuators, GPIO, communication protocols, and connected devices.
- Learn and work with new technologies and programming languages based on project requirements.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Create technical documentation, project guides, and lab manuals.
- Develop practical learning activities and educational content.
- Conduct IoT/Robotics demonstrations and training programs for students.
- Explain technical concepts in a easy and engaging manner.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, students, and client representatives during training programs.

Important: Client Visits & Training

This is a hands-on field-oriented role.

The selected candidate must be willing to travel to client locations such as schools and educational institutions to:

- Conduct IoT, Robotics, and STEM training programs.
- Set up and demonstrate hardware kits and projects.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions.
- Interact with students and teachers.
- Support workshops, bootcamps, and technology demonstrations.
- Represent Eduosynapse professionally at client locations.

Candidates should be comfortable with local travel and conducting sessions at client sites.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in ECE or a closely related field.
- Basic understanding of electronics and embedded systems.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C, or C++.
- Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to create technical documentation.
- Confidence to conduct demonstrations and training sessions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for training programs.
