Company Description PYAAS is a DPIIT-recognized, FSSAI-licensed dairy startup that makes milk fully traceable from farm to doorstep through its Android and iOS app. Every PYAAS pack carries a QR code that lets buyers see the farms involved, the farmer’s name, test results, and key quality parameters for that batch. The company currently sources milk from four family farms in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, with additional farms being mapped and onboarded after rigorous on-site checks.
PYAAS serves founding family homes in Lucknow with single-farm and family-farms milk, offers small-batch Bilona cow ghee across India, and operates as Parag’s appointed digital storefront for selected localities. Through the PYAAS Digital Agent Network, local milk vendors and shop owners in Lucknow use the platform to serve their neighborhoods, connecting farmers, brands, and consumers more transparently.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site iOS Developer role based in Lucknow. The iOS Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain features for the PYAAS iOS application, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for customers and digital agents.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into clean, efficient code, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance and security across devices.
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving bugs, performing code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvements in app architecture and user experience. The iOS Developer will also work closely with backend and Android teams to ensure consistent functionality and alignment across the PYAAS platform.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in iOS Development and iOS frameworks (such as Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI).
- Candidates should possess experience in Mobile Application Development and building Mobile Applications for production environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration, JSON handling, and secure data storage on mobile devices.
- Experience with App Store deployment, release management, and ongoing maintenance of iOS apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, quick-paced team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or agriculture-tech products is an advantage.
