Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 3 years and maximum 5 years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end business operations, process optimisation, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

· Drive process efficiencies, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve productivity.

· Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

· Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.

· Analyse workflows and implement automation opportunities.

· Develop SOPs and enforce compliance.

· Manage vendor and supplier relationships.

· Prepare and manage operational budgets.

· Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics (if applicable).

· Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management.

· Strong understanding of business processes and project management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and ERP/MIS tools.

· Experience in process automation or digital transformation.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business,



Operations Management, or related field.

MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience in IoT & Smart Water Technologies

· Managing deployments of IoT water meters, sensors, gateways, and controllers.

· Overseeing field operations for smart water infrastructure—pumping stations, overhead tanks, STPs, WTPs, flow meters, water quality sensors, energy meters, and telemetry.

· Coordinating with municipalities, water boards, KUWS&DB;, BWSSB, Smart City projects, and industrial clients.

· Understanding SCADA, PLC integration, automation panels, and remote monitoring systems.

· Leading teams for installation, commissioning, and O&M; of IoT devices and communication networks (LoRaWAN / NB-IoT / GSM).

· Experience in cloud platforms, dashboards, analytics, and data governance.

· Driving large-scale IoT rollouts including logistics, inventory, and RMA processes.

· Experience in AMR/AMI projects, NRW reduction, DMA creation, leakage monitoring, and utility water operations.
