Role Description The Investment Specialist at Dimois Institute will support the design and delivery of training programs related to investments and finance, while also contributing to the institute’s own investment planning and analysis. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves conducting market research, evaluating investment opportunities, and preparing reports and presentations on investment strategies and portfolio performance.

The Investment

Specialist will collaborate with trainers and management to develop course materials, case studies,



and practical exercises that reflect current market trends. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial markets, assessing risk and return, advising on asset allocation, and ensuring that investment-related content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and evaluate investment performance.
- Solid knowledge of investments and finance, including asset classes, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
- Experience with investment strategies such as portfolio diversification, risk management, and long-term planning.
- Practical exposure to investment management, including portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFM) are an advantage.
- Ability to prepare transparent training materials, reports, and presentations; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with financial modeling is beneficial.
- Capability to work collaboratively with trainers and management in an academic or training environment.
