Role Description The IT Executive – SAP Basis will be responsible for administering and supporting SAP Basis environments, including system installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and user administration. The role involves managing transports, applying patches and upgrades, ensuring system availability, and coordinating with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related issues.



The IT Executive will also handle day-to-day IT operations tasks such as troubleshooting infrastructure problems, maintaining system security and backups, and supporting integration with other enterprise applications.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to established IT policies and procedures. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the stability and scalability of core business systems in a growing, global organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for SAP Basis and related IT systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Information Technology skills to manage infrastructure supporting SAP environments.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in IT Operations, including system monitoring, backup, recovery, and security management.
- Working knowledge of SAP Basis administration (installation, configuration, transport management, performance tuning, and user management) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and manage responsibilities in a quick-paced manufacturing and global supply chain environment.
