Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory &

- Production Records

- Maintain date-wise production and inventory records.

- Track raw material usage and finished goods availability.

- Assist in production planning based on demand and stock levels.

2. Dispatch &

- Billing

- Oversee dispatch of finished goods to outlets/franchisees/distributors.

- Prepare and verify billing documents for dispatches.

- Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes and invoices.

3. Logistics &

- Cost Tracking

- Maintain daily records of logistics movements (kilometers, trips, etc.).

- Track driver costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance expenses.

- Support cost optimization and efficiency in transportation.

4. Expense, Canteen &

- Ordering

- Maintain detailed records of all production-related expenses.

- Regularly update expense logs for management review and budgeting.

- Keep accurate records of canteen consumption and costs.

- Order and maintain stock of canteen supplies and disposable items.

5. Hygiene, Wastage &





- Compliance

- Maintain and update hygiene checklists for the production unit.

- Record and monitor wastage on a daily/weekly basis.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and maintain all required FSSAI documents.

- Keep the production unit clean, organized, and audit-ready.

6. Staff &

- Administration

- Support onboarding of current staff including documentation and orientation.

- Coordinate with HR, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth operations.

- Maintain updated reports and administrative records for management review.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
