### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interpreter Supervisor to manage and support a team of interpreters working with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing employees in an international process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, operational coordination, team performance, and a comfortable and inclusive workplace environment.
### Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of interpreters supporting Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing employees.
Facilitate effective communication between employees, management, trainers, HR, and other stakeholders.
Provide interpretation support during meetings, training sessions, team huddles, and other business discussions.
Monitor interpreter performance, attendance, productivity, and service quality.
Ensure timely allocation and availability of interpreters as per business requirements.
Handle day-to-day employee communication and resolve interpretation-related concerns.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Training,
and other departments for smooth process functioning.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and business-related information.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support team development.
Prepare and maintain required reports related to interpreter operations and team performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Promote an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace workplace.
### Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in interpretation, sign language services, team supervision, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Sign Language (ISL) / relevant sign language communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in handling or supervising a team will be preferred.
Ability to work in an international/BPO environment.
Good coordination, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
- Candidates with experience supporting Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing employees** will be preferred.
