POSITION 1: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – ECOMMERCE NON-VOICE

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 In-Hand

Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Handle customer queries through non-voice support channels and provide clear, accurate and timely written resolutions for order and service-related queries.

The role involves understanding customer concerns, documenting interactions and maintaining professional written communication.

POSITION 2: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – ECOMMERCE VOICE

Experience: Fresher

Working Days: 5 Days

Handle customer interactions over calls for an Ecommerce Customer Support process. Understand customer concerns through active listening and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

Candidates should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability and a positive service-oriented approach.

POSITION 3: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – TRAVEL VOICE

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand

Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Assist customers with travel-related service queries through voice support. Understand customer requirements, communicate relevant information clearly and provide timely assistance while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Candidates should have strong communication and listening skills along with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

POSITION 4: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL VOICE

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of International Calling Experience

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

CTC: Up to ₹3.9 LPA

Approx. In-Hand: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Salary Hike: Up to 30% over Last Drawn Salary, subject to maximum offered salary

The role requires accurate communication, professional resolution handling and adherence to defined customer service and process standards.
