We're Hiring For Customer Support (Non Voice)- Leading MNC

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle international chat processes with excellent communication skills.

- Provide customer support through email, chat, or other digital channels.

- Process customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes (chat process).

- Strong typing speed with positive accuracy.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (as per business requirements).

- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
