International Taxation – Voice & Chat

Working Days: 5 days per week

Shifts: Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Job Overview

We are hiring candidates with relevant International Taxation experience for a blended Voice & Chat process. The role involves handling customer/client interactions and providing support related to taxation processes.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of international experience.
- Prior taxation experience is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer/client queries through voice and chat channels.
- Assist with taxation-related queries and processes.
- Provide accurate information in accordance with process guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication with customers/clients.
- Follow defined quality,



compliance, and process standards.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and documentation.
- Meet applicable productivity and quality requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹35,000 per month
- Both-side cab facility
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Work From Office
