Roles and Responsibilities

- Locate best vendors world wide & communicate with them for their best rates and T&C;

- Research latest policies of Import & Export

- Prepare export shipments by arranging necessary documents and completing paperwork.

- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance processes.

- Manage import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

- Process letters of credit (LC) and negotiate terms with banks for foreign trade transactions.

- Maintain accurate records of all shipment-related documentation.

- locate prospective sellers and get best rates for required products, after verifying them.
