Role Description The Internal Auditor will work on-site in Pune, Bibwewadi in a full-time capacity, focusing on evaluating and improving internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing internal audit assignments, reviewing financial and operational processes, and preparing clear, detailed audit reports for management. The role involves analyzing data and documentation to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks, followed by recommending practical corrective actions.

The Internal

Auditor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and support follow-up reviews to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations. The role also includes staying updated on relevant regulations, banking and finance practices,



and internal policies to maintain audit quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Audit Reports and Financial Audits for planning, executing, and documenting internal audit assignments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to evaluate financial data, assess risks, and identify process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, draft clear reports, and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant, or equivalent is preferred; semi-qualified professionals with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience in bank audits, internal audit, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams are required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit-related software tools is beneficial.
- Experience required - 2-5 years
