What you’ll do
- Manage international reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations and refunds.
- Find suitable fares and flight routes for each client.
- Support clients and travel consultants with booking queries and itinerary changes.
What you’ll bring
- International ticketing experience and proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
- Sound knowledge of fares and airline policies.
- Valuable English, clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and confidence in handling multiple bookings.
