Role Description This is an internship role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Intern will support the investment and operations teams through tasks such as market research, data collection, and analysis on emerging companies and capital market opportunities. Daily responsibilities may include preparing summaries and presentations for internal review,



assisting in the evaluation of SME and mainboard IPO opportunities, and helping maintain internal databases, trackers, and documentation.

The Intern will also contribute to drafting basic reports, supporting the development of investment frameworks, and coordinating with team members on various projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with financial data, market reports, and company information.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear summaries, presentations, and basic documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with capital markets, IPOs, or alternative investments is an advantage, and a genuine interest in finance and investing is expected.
- Working knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) and openness to learning new platforms and processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated interest.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and to work independently in a hybrid setup, maintaining qualified conduct and confidentiality.
