We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join our Controllership & Business Finance team in Bengaluru.
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, controllership, business finance, reconciliations, internal controls and business performance analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with preparation and review of financial and management reports.
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations and support timely closure of open items.
- Work on key finance processes including P2P, O2C and Treasury.
- Support review of operating expenses, provisions, liabilities and working capital.
- Assist in internal controls testing and identification of process/control gaps.
- Support business and financial variance analysis and preparation of management reports.
- Assist with GST/TDS and other statutory reconciliations as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and financial impact.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and reporting efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and reports using Advanced Excel / Power Query / Power BI.
Who Are We Looking For?
- CA Intermediate cleared.
- Eligible for CA Industrial Training as per applicable ICAI requirements.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of Articleship experience completed.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query or financial modelling will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ownership mindset.
