- Site Supervision including Co-ordination of Man, Materials & Equipment for Corporate office interior works or Residential luxury Interiors.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Site.
- Supervise the carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Fire, LV and all other Civil as well as interior finishing works.
- Should be able to read technical drawings and execute according to them- This is Must.
- Checking of quality as per specification and drawings.
- Clients and communication.
- Planning of work & executing in an organized and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have knowledge about AutoCAD, MS Office, Windows and Outlook for mail.
- Communication in Hindi is Mandatory and English is a plus preference shall be given to supervisors that can draft main in English.
- Candidates should be good at multitasking and have pleasant personality.
- Should have valuable understanding of furniture, fixtures, POP, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiles, paint etc.
- Billing support to help prepare running and final bills.
- Site Measurement, Quantity and Quality Check.
- Verifying the subcontractor billing.
- Willing to work all over India.
Education: Diploma, ITI or Graduate from Recognized University.
