Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interior Designer who can also support our Sales & Marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, positive communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients. The role includes design development, client meetings, preparing 2D/3D drawings, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
- Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
- Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project standards.
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

- Present design concepts, material options, and pricing to clients.
- Prepare proposals,



quotations, and design presentations.
- Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support marketing tasks including social media content, catalog updates, and in-store promotions.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D drafting.
- Basic understanding of materials, furniture, and interior execution processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling client meetings independently.

Eligibility

- 0–2 years of experience in interior design or related field.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture preferred.
