Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating detailed plans for interior spaces in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role includes meeting with clients to understand requirements, creating mood boards and material palettes, and producing drawings and specifications for execution.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors, manage FF&E; selections, and ensure design intent is maintained during construction and installation. Day-to-day tasks also involve site visits, reviewing progress, addressing design-related issues,



and maintaining project documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and usability for different types of interior environments.
- Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate implementation.
- Ability to use relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) for drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects; experience in the Pune region or similar markets is helpful.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
