Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site at Kraft Designs’ Manesar location in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects, project managers, and clients to develop interior concepts and layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and contractors, reviewing samples, and ensuring that design specifications are accurately executed on-site.

The Interior

Designer will attend client meetings, document requirements, and support project documentation and revisions throughout the design and implementation phases.



The position requires balancing creativity with practicality to deliver designs that meet functional needs, safety standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in interior space planning, concept development, and selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, presentations, and documentation for client review and project execution.
- Effective client-facing communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in interior projects preferred.
- Knowledge of building materials, ergonomics, basic codes and standards, and on-site supervision practices.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manesar and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
