Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer with 2–6 years of experience in residential interiors and a good understanding of furniture design. The ideal candidate should be able to translate client requirements into practical design solutions, develop detailed drawings, coordinate with vendors and execution teams, and ensure that the final outcome matches the design intent.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, 2D drawings, 3D views, working drawings, and detailed design presentations.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of furniture design, including dimensions, materials, finishes, ergonomics, and functionality.
- Work on modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, doors, and loose or custom-made furniture.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and design expectations.
- Prepare material and finish selections, specifications, and BOQs in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution.




- Conduct site visits, verify measurements, resolve design-related execution issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Keep up with current interior design trends, materials, hardware, furniture styles, and space-saving solutions.
- Strong client communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important for success in this role.

Skills / Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in residential or modular furniture projects.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
- Robust knowledge of furniture design, modular furniture, materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with rendering or presentation tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
- Understanding of execution drawings, measurements, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
