Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards and layouts, and coordinating space planning and material selections. The role involves creating detailed drawings and documentation, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site work to ensure design fidelity, quality standards, and timely completion.

The Interior

Designer will also meet with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and support project administration, including budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications





- Strong Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive design concepts and detailed design solutions.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and comfort across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Understanding of Architecture principles to coordinate effectively with structural and MEP teams and maintain design integrity.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details for execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including selection, specifications, and coordination with suppliers.
- Competence with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic proficiency in presentation tools.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills, with attention to detail, material knowledge, and current design trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in interior design practice is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced studio environment.
