Contemplate is a mind fitness company. We help people think more clearly so they make such decisions in all life areas (love, work, parenting, money, family) that improve their peace of mind. One such life area that is quite important but often ignored is hobbies.

"I used to play the guitar / dance / paint", "Ab time nahi milta"...is quite common. While we help our members live a more peaceful love/work/family life, we also help them pursue hobbies regularly because doing so also adds to their peace of mind. Many want to pursue something, but are unable to because they think they don't have the time. What they really lack is not time. What they lack is motivation and workplace.

We give them both.

We create a non-judgemental environment, so we delete judgement and add motivation to enable people to pursue what they like. This could be hobbies but also health activities that sometimes need motivation (running, playing a sport, physical fitness, etc.).

We are looking for interns who pursue at least a couple of activities regularly, are fairly good at it, and can also teach beginners and intermediate level members. And they should derive personal fulfillment from helping others pursue hobbies and watch them do it regularly and improve.

You will be part of the pursuit management team. Every pursuit management intern will be assigned a certain number of members. These members will be your bachhaas - your responsibility. Your goal will be to ensure that your members start pursuing what they like, continue to do it, and improve at it if they so wish to. But if someone just wants to do it for fun, then there is no pressure to improve. This is a hobby, not a job.

You will think about your members all the time - keep in touch with them regularly through WhatsApp,



think about how you can keep them motivated / move them forward / help them collaborate with others or showcase / perform. You will use the existing pursuit management system we have built to achieve this and deepen that system to make it almost perfect and predictable.

- You will also organise and manage events relating to multiple activities (music, fitness, dance, art, cooking, theater, and many more)
- You will create long term partnerships with large and small venues across the city and negotiate revenue share agreements
- You will negotiate long-term partnerships with relevant hobby / activity brands (multi year contracts) and event sponsorships
- You will create a network of celebrity and leading individuals in those activities and organise events where they come and work with our members (eg, our cooking members work under a chef from Marriott for a day, music clinics, etc.). Our focus here will be on personal touch and warmth, so a celebrity singer sitting with our singing enthusiasts and helping them practice for a couple of hours, rather than acting like a celebrity, performing at a distance. We want them up, close, and personal, rubbing shoulders with them.
- You will create and manage social media content
- You will video record the journey of your members and with their permission convert it into a video series with seasons and episodes showcasing their journey and transformation
- You will identify multiple public and private locations (public parks, corporate parks, residential townships)



and conduct showcase events there to promote this concept and sign up new members
- You will approach existing residential townships, speak to their society members, and sign up new such townships so we can launch this for their residents
- You will own all operations end to end

You will use our pursuit management system and deepen it further based on your knowledge and experience you will gain helping members. We are going to solve one of the most difficult problems in the world - procrastination. You will build and run a pursuit management system that masters how to motivate someone and how to keep them motivated for a very long time. So while you will have a lot of fun doing it, you also need to be very sharp intellectually, analytical, research-oriented, and have a scientific mind. You will help build the most powerful pursuit management system in the world. You need to be eloquent, calm, soft spoken, warm, polite, with no attitude issues or toxic habits. You should apply for this role only if you believe that caring for your members and helping them pursue their activity regularly and move forward provides a deep sense of personal fulfillment to you. You should possess high energy and initiative to take responsibility and an I-will-figure-it-out attitude.

You should be willing to travel extensively in the city and outside the city when necessary. You should be social and very comfortable speaking to strangers warmly and in a friendly manner to convince them to give it a try, come to the event, respond to you, etc. You should essentially become a very good friend of all your members and their families.

Community creation, engagement, growth, and management should be one of your core skills.
