We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and executing site operations of our various interior construction and renovation projects. This includes interior works, MEP, HVAC, repair and maintenance of internal structures, plumbing, electrical issues, structural works and landscaping.

As an Interior site supervisor, you will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure adherence to project plans, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise all in office activities to ensure projects are started and completed on time and within budget.
- Handling complete execution of projects.
- Estimating of budgets as per drawings.
- Coordinate work schedules and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Billing and vendor coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely material delivery and inventory management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- AutoCAD
- Strong leadership
- Effective communication

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
