We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our residential interiors team in Coimbatore.
The candidate will be responsible for creating residential interior designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and supporting the project team from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create interior designs for residential projects
Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts and detailed drawings
Develop 3D designs and presentations for clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Make design revisions based on client requirements
Prepare material, finish and furniture specifications
Coordinate with the site and production teams to ensure the design is executed correctly
Ensure designs are practical and suitable for production and installation
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in residential interior design preferred
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
Experience with 3D interior design software such as 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray or similar will be an advantage
Knowledge of modular furniture, materials, finishes and hardware
Good understanding of residential interior layouts and space planning
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to understand client requirements and work within project timelines
Candidates with experience in companies such as HomeLane, Livspace, DesignCafe or similar residential interior companies will be preferred
Freshers with strong design skills may also be considered
