Role Description The Installation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the installation of parking systems at customer locations. This role involves supervising installation teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

The Installation

Supervisor monitors site operations, conducts inspections, and collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients to address technical issues, including basic electrical aspects related to the systems. Day-to-day tasks include planning installation workflows, managing materials and tools,



maintaining documentation and reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders and support for testing, commissioning, and handover of completed installations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead installation teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance on-site.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate daily site activities, manage resources, and ensure productive installation processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan schedules, track progress, manage timelines, and support successful project delivery.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Electricity knowledge to understand wiring, connections, and electrical safety related to parking systems.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, conduct safety checks, and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering (or a related technical field) are preferred.
- Experience in installation, construction, industrial equipment, or infrastructure projects, ideally in parking systems or automation, is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use basic tools and instruments, and adhere to safety protocols is important.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and internal teams are expected.
- Willingness to work on-site
