We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Representative

SkatingHour is looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a hybrid, night-shift sales position, with part of the work completed remotely and part from our office in East Delhi. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested customers into registrations through phone, email, messaging, and virtual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries promptly
- Follow up with potential customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms
- Explain SkatingHour programs, schedules, pricing, locations, and registration options
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed registrations
- Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Reconnect with older leads and interested customers
- Handle objections professionally and help customers choose the most suitable program
- Work closely with the administration and operations team
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Provide qualified and friendly customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary; graduates are also welcome to apply




- Fluent in verbal and written English — mandatory
- Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer
- Must be comfortable working night shifts
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid setup — part remote and part work from office
- Must be able to commute to the East Delhi office when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at the same time
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and messaging platforms
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
