About the Role

As the Lead for IT Infrastructure, InfoSec & PLM Software Support, you will be responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise-wide technology services while supporting critical manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will lead a cross-functional team of technology professionals and collaborate with strategic technology partners, managed service providers, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient infrastructure, robust cybersecurity controls, seamless engineering applications support, and cost-effective IT operations.

This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, stakeholder management, governance experience, and business acumen.

Key Areas of Responsibility

IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

You will drive the overall strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the organization's IT infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-user computing services, desktop and laptop management, mobile device support, peripherals, service desk functions, and IT support operations across corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
- Manage enterprise infrastructure environments including:
- Data Centers / Hybrid IT ecosystems / Cloud platforms (AWS & Microsoft Azure)
- Enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure / Network security architecture
- Wireless and remote connectivity solutions
- Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of critical business systems.
- Oversee technology support and monitoring frameworks for customer-facing contact center operations managed through external partners.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives and cloud adoption programs to improve agility, business continuity, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and digital transformation goals.
- Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, disaster recovery preparedness, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

Information Security, Risk Management & Governance

As the security leader for the organization, you will establish and strengthen cybersecurity posture while ensuring compliance with internal and external governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) and SIEM environments through Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
- Ensure strict adherence to security SLAs, incident response timelines, and threat mitigation processes.




- Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives including:
- Threat Intelligence / Dark Web Monitoring/ Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Security Risk Assessments
- Cyber Incident Management
- Endpoint Security
- Own the implementation and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGC) and information security best practices.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to drive compliance readiness and successful audit outcomes.
- Govern risk management frameworks, cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct organization-wide information security awareness and user training programs.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
- Continuously enhance security maturity through process improvements, technology adoption, and risk mitigation strategies.

PLM Software Support & Manufacturing Technology Integration

This role plays a critical part in enabling engineering and manufacturing excellence through effective management of Product Lifecycle Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and support of PLM applications utilized by R&D;, product engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Act as the primary technology owner for PLM support operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and manufacturing stakeholders to address business requirements and improve user experience.
- Drive seamless integration between:
- PLM Platforms
- ERP Systems
- Manufacturing Applications
- Enterprise Data Workflows
- Support business continuity planning and operational effectiveness across critical engineering systems.
- Partner with application vendors and support teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Drive user adoption, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the PLM ecosystem.

IT Leadership, Vendor Governance & Financial Management

This leadership position requires building high-performing teams while ensuring operational effectiveness and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach,



and mentor a multidisciplinary technology team comprising:
- Infrastructure Leads
- Network Engineers
- End-User Computing Engineers
- PLM Support Engineers
- IT Security & Audit Specialists
- Establish performance metrics and development plans to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage IT budgets, including:
- CAPEX Planning
- OPEX Management
- Cost Optimization Initiatives
- Technology Investment Evaluation
- Drive financial efficiency while maximizing value from technology investments.
- Own vendor management processes, including:
- Vendor Evaluation
- Contract Negotiations
- SLA Governance
- Managed Services Oversight
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, technology partners, and external service providers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Governance, and IT Operations Leadership.
- Prior experience managing multi-location IT environments across corporate offices and manufacturing plants.
- Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Industrial, or Mobility industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing internal teams and external service partners.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
