About the Role: You will find relevant influencers, reach out to them, pitch the collaboration opportunities, negotiation and build a strong pipeline of creators for our brand. ( It is not a social media management or content creation role)
What We're Looking For:
Find → Reach out → Pitch → Negotiate → Follow up → Close → Maintain relationships
- Experience in influencer outreach and agencies, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, business development or similar roles.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and frequent follow-ups.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify influencers who are relevant to a brand rather than simply looking at follower count.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets/trackers and maintaining a creator pipeline.
- Experience with D2C, wellness, beauty, fitness, nutrition or consumer brands will be an advantage. ( not mandatory)
