About the Role

We are looking for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0–1 years of experience to join POSSPOLE as an Industry Analyst / Business Analyst and work closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) .

The role involves industry research, market intelligence, competitor analysis, business research, opportunity identification, and preparation of strategic insights to support business decisions and new opportunities across POSSPOLE's verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on industries, markets, companies, technologies, and business models.
- Track industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market intelligence analysis.
- Identify potential customers, partners, companies, markets, and business opportunities .
- Prepare industry reports, market research reports, competitor analysis, and business briefs.
- Analyse companies, products, industries, and business models.
- Support the CBO with research and analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain databases of companies, prospects, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Research potential corporate, startup, academic, and institutional partnerships.
- Prepare presentations, business proposals, management reports, and briefing documents.
- Support preparation for client, partner, and stakeholder meetings.
- Track developments across POSSPOLE's various verticals and highlight relevant opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to collect information and convert it into structured business insights.





Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Business Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related specialization.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in business analysis, market research, consulting, strategy, business development, or a similar role.
- Fresh MBA graduates with robust research and analytical capabilities are welcome.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand new industries and business models quickly.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint .
- Good presentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work directly with senior management.
- Proactive approach and strong ownership.
