•Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities

•Resolve user issues

•Identification of opportunities for catalogs & savings

•Ensure that SLA are met

•Quality Management activities

•Identification of contract renegotiation opportunities

•Supplier Identification

•Deliver sourcing / procurement process allocated

•Contract Execution

•Maintain close relationship with internal end customers

•Independently manage the creation of contracts and catalogs

•Coordinate between Client IT / Technical team, suppliers, users to resolve issues and queries

•Recommend process improvements

•Create necessary standard and ad-hoc reports for business requirement
