About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern / Executive with 6–8 months of experience to support our influencer and creator marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, coordinating collaborations, managing campaigns, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Build and maintain an influencer database based on niche, audience, engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations, product promotions and campaigns.
- Handle influencer communication, negotiation, follow-ups and campaign timelines.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, content requirements and deliverables.
- Track influencer posts, stories,



reels and other campaign deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, views, clicks and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal Content, Social Media and Marketing teams.
- Maintain records of collaborations, costs, deliverables and campaign results.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators and influencer marketing trends.

Requirements

- 6–8 months of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and influencer/creator ecosystems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in D2C, nutraceutical, healthcare, wellness or FMCG will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
