The role involves handling inbound calls from patients, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, assisting with appointments and healthcare-related requests, and maintaining a professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US patients professionally
- Assist patients with their queries and appointment-related requirements
- Provide accurate information and maintain proper call documentation
- Follow healthcare process guidelines and maintain confidentiality
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet process performance standards
Eligibility
- Freshers with robust English communication skills can apply
- Candidates with US Healthcare / Patient Calling / Medical Billing experience are preferred
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills
- Willingness to work in a US healthcare process and rotational/night shifts, as applicable
