PurpleBits is a Gujarat-based healthcare IT company with 15 years of experience and 250+ hospitals served across India. Our flagship product, PurpleIPD, is an ABDM-certified, tablet-based inpatient documentation system that helps hospitals go paperless, improve documentation quality, and stay compliant with national digital health standards.

The Role

We're looking for an implementation and training executive who can take a hospital from "sale closed" to "fully live and using PurpleIPD". You will travel to client hospitals across India, set up the system, train doctors, nurses, and admin staff, and make sure the hospital actually adopts it.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation: Install, configure, and set up PurpleIPD at client hospitals, including tablets, user accounts, departments, and templates, in coordination with the technical team.
- Requirement mapping: Understand each hospital's workflows and documentation formats, and map them to the product.
- Training: Train doctors, nursing staff, and administrators through classroom sessions and hands-on bedside or ward-level training.
- Go-live support: Be on-site during go-live to resolve issues quickly and build staff confidence.
- Adoption tracking: Follow up after go-live to check usage, fix gaps, and ensure staff continue to use the system.
- Documentation: Prepare training material, user guides, and implementation reports for each site.
- Issue escalation: Log bugs, change requests,



and customer feedback and pass them to the product and support teams.
- Customer relationships: Be a friendly, reliable face of PurpleBits for the hospital's management and staff.

Must-Have
- 1–4 years of experience in implementation, training, application support, or customer onboarding, ideally for hospital software (HIS/EMR/LIS) or other healthcare products.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for extended periods, often at short notice.
- Ready to stay in the hospital for 7-15 days for training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to explain technology simply to doctors, nurses, and non-technical staff.
- Patience, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to stay calm during go-live pressure.
- Comfort using tablets, laptops, and basic troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, devices, apps).

Valuable to Have
- Understanding of hospital workflows (IPD, nursing, OT, billing, pharmacy).
- Exposure to ABDM or digital health standards.
- Clinical background (nursing, BPharm, BSc, paramedical) or a healthcare administration degree.
- Knowledge of Gujarati or other regional languages.
- Prior experience conducting training sessions.
