About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Incharge – Maintenance to oversee the smooth functioning, safety, and upkeep of our facility, equipment, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor UPS, DG, AC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility equipment.
- Coordinate AMC, vendors, contractors, and service technicians.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire safety systems and emergency equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, inventory, and compliance documents.
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor energy, water, and maintenance costs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical,



or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, AMC coordination, and safety compliance.
