Role Description The Import Export Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing processes for cost-effective and timely delivery.

Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment,



manage customer requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement in global trade workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of import, export, and import export procedures, with practical experience handling international shipments.
- Familiarity with customs brokerage processes and documentation; ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities and service providers.
- Understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
- Effective communication skills for working with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Relevant education in international business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an import-export or logistics role, especially within manufacturing or trading companies, is beneficial.
