Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HCM/HRMS software for clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist with application configuration.
- Coordinate with clients during the implementation process and provide regular updates.
- Support data collection, validation, testing, UAT, and payroll-related activities.
- Assist in preparing implementation documents and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, Support, and QA for issue resolution.
- Assist in providing application training and support to clients.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.

Qualification: Any Graduate

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Freshers with valuable communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in software implementation, client coordination, and HCM/HRMS applications can be considered.
