Role Description The Immediate Joiner – Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, explaining products and services to potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales within the defined sales targets (35k–45k range, as applicable). The inside sales qualified will maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Daily responsibilities include preparing basic sales reports, handling customer queries, and supporting promotional campaigns.



The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Carpentry skills, with experience in structural Framing for product demonstrations or related technical requirements.
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and efficiently, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Finish Carpentry techniques, ensuring accuracy and quality when interacting with carpentry-related products or services.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in multi-business or product-oriented environments.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or lead management tools to document and track customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales targets.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
