Illustrator / Graphic Designer at Nutcracker

We're hiring an Illustrator / Graphic Designer to join us in Mumbai.

Nutcracker is a creative agency working across content creation, social media and websites. Our clients include Chennaiyin FC, Ultimate Table Tennis, Piramal Group, Wockhardt Group and Birla White.

This role sits largely on our sports accounts, which means working to the rhythm of live events. Fast turnarounds, match days, and creative that has to land while the moment is still live.

What you'll do

- Create original illustrations and artwork across a range of styles for sports and brand campaigns
- Design social media creatives, matchday graphics, campaign assets and brand collateral
- Turn briefs around quickly during live events and match days, often same day
- Work closely with the content and social teams to take ideas from concept to final asset
- Maintain visual consistency across each client's brand identity
- Bring fresh creative thinking rather than executing to template

What we're looking for





- Minimum 2 years of experience as an illustrator or graphic designer
- A strong portfolio. This matters more to us than anything on your CV
- Genuine range as an illustrator, across styles and formats
- Solid command of the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work at pace without the quality dropping
- Comfort working around live events, including weekends when there's a match

A definite plus

- Experience with AI tools for image and content generation, and a real sense of how to use them well
- Any previous work with sports teams, leagues or live events

The logistics

- In-office role, based in Vile Parle West, Mumbai
- Monday to Friday, with match days covered on weekends as required
