Role &

- Responsibilities

- Deliver 24/7 bedside care to critically ill patients, managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and infusion pumps with precision.

- Administer medications, perform emergency interventions (CPR, defibrillation), and document vital signs and clinical changes in real-time.

- Collaborate with ICU physicians and specialists to implement and adjust care plans based on patient response and diagnostic findings.

- Ensure infection control, sterile technique, and compliance with hospital protocols during all procedures and patient handling.

- Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families during high-stress situations and end-of-life care.





- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.

- Qualifications

- Must-Have

- ICU Nursing Experience

- ACLS Certification

- Basic Life Support (BLS)

- Electronic Health Records (EHR)

- Hemodynamic Monitoring

- IV Therapy &
- Medication Administration
