Join our IAM team as a IAM Consultant (Saviynt) in hybrid at our location in Mumbai, flexibly remote from within India.

Your Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement core Saviynt EIC modules - Access Request (ARS), Access Certification / Access Reviews, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role - Based Access Control (RBAC), and Application Onboarding.
- Design and configure Joiner - Mover - Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows, birthright access rules, and automated provisioning / de - provisioning logic.
- Build and configure out - of - the - box connectors - Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Unix, databases (JDBC), and REST/SOAP/SCIM - based applications - including security systems, endpoints, dynamic attributes, and account/entitlement schema mapping.
- Support custom connector development (REST/SOAP, DB) and connector JSON configuration for correlation, reconciliation, and provisioning logic.
- Configure Saviynt's rules engine (SoD rules, JIT/birthright rules, ARS rules), approval workflows,



request forms, email templates, and analytics/control - center dashboards.
- Set up and monitor scheduled jobs - user import, account import (full/incremental), ECM jobs, and job control/retry configurations - and troubleshoot job failures via logs.
- Assist in role mining, role engineering, and entitlement catalog build - out within Saviynt's Role Management module.
- Build working familiarity with Saviynt's AI - driven capabilities - Access/Identity Intelligence recommendations and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) - and how they surface in certification and SoD decisions.
- Perform unit testing, defect triage, and produce clear technical configuration documentation (mapping documents, connector specs, SOPs).
- Support UAT, cutover, and hypercare by troubleshooting provisioning, reconciliation, and connector issues.

Your Experience:

- 3 - 5 years of overall IAM experience, including 2+ years of hands - on configuration/implementation on Saviynt EIC.
- Strong working knowledge of Saviynt modules: Access Request, Access Certification, SoD, RBAC, Application Onboarding, Workflows, Rules Engine, and Analytics/Control Center.

Preferred Qualifications

- Saviynt certification (L100/L200 or Saviynt Certified IGA Professional).
- Prior hands - on exposure to Terraform/HCL and version control (Git).
