Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Worexa Technologies is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with performance management activities. The specialist will help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, administer employee perks, and support personnel management across teams.

Additional responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, coordinating HR-related trainings, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies to support compliant and consistent people practices.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including supporting managers with employee relations and performance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to India, especially for roles based in Bengaluru.
- Proficient in HRIS or HR-related software, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused organization is an advantage.
