Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramapuram. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning needs across different functions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with HR and business leaders to define role requirements, posting job openings, using various recruitment platforms and networks,



and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in hiring events, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online job platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn and other qualified networks.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic employment laws, and ethical hiring standards.
- Ability to analyze hiring metrics and recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience recruiting in technology, digital, or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
