Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Marketeering will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh and involves partnering with leadership to shape HR policies, maintain compliance, and support a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews,



and ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation.

The HR Manager will handle HR documentation, payroll coordination with relevant teams, benefits administration support, and HRIS data accuracy. The role also includes developing training initiatives, addressing employee concerns, facilitating feedback cycles, and leading initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and professional development.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, local labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, basic payroll processes, and HR documentation management.
- Ability to design and support training, learning, and development programs for a growing organization.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in marketing, technology, or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
