Role Description The Human Resources Management Consultant will work in office in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, partnering closely with client organizations to design, implement, and refine HR systems and processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing existing HR practices, developing and updating HR policies, and advising on organizational structuring and workforce planning.

The consultant will implement and optimize HRIS tools, support performance management frameworks, and guide clients on compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations.

The role involves conducting HR audits, facilitating change management initiatives,



and collaborating with leadership teams to improve employee engagement, talent development, and overall human capital strategy.

The consultant will prepare reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps, and may deliver training sessions and workshops for HR and management teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Management Consulting, with experience in diagnosing organizational issues, delivering strategic HR solutions, and managing client relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including policy design, documentation, compliance, and implementation across diverse organizational contexts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including selection, configuration, and optimization of HR technology platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with SMEs or consulting environments, preferably in multiple industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate HR insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site with clients, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
