Role Description This is a full-time On-site role for a Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting workforce planning and organizational development.

support compensation and perks administration, and coordinate training and development initiatives. The role also involves partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance best practices
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS tools, and HR reporting
- Skills in training coordination, learning and development, and succession planning
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
