Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and take ownership of hiring across different departments.
- Build and develop a strong, capable team based on the company’s current and future requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, select, and onboard candidates effectively.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring needs and close positions within timelines.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, HRMS, documentation, and employee records.
- Take care of employee engagement, employee relations, grievances, and overall employee well-being.
- Handle onboarding, performance management, employee retention, and exit formalities.
- Maintain a positive and professional work culture and address employee concerns appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and recruitment-related data for management.
- Ensure proper communication between employees and management.





Requirements

- Proven experience in HR management with strong hands-on recruitment experience.
- Experience in a digital marketing / 3D / performance marketing company will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Positive interpersonal, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage hiring and build a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of handling multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Location: Salt Lake, Sec V, Kolkata

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
