We’re hiring: HR & Operations Intern | ClassPe | Pune
ClassPe is looking for an organised, proactive intern to support recruitment, day-to-day operations, and founder coordination.
This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, keeping tasks organised, and learning how an education company operates.
Location: Pune — On-site
Duration: 3 months initially, extendable to 6 months by mutual agreement
Working schedule: 6 days a week; 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
Monthly stipend: 15,000-20,000
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial screening calls using agreed hiring criteria.
- Scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Assisting with onboarding, joining documents, and HR records.
- Coordinating office requirements and maintaining operational trackers.
- Supporting the founder with meeting coordination, action notes, and task follow-ups.
- Keeping candidate and employee information confidential.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Valuable verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- A dependable approach to deadlines and follow-ups.
- An interest in recruitment, people operations, and business coordination.
- Availability to work on-site in Pune for the stated schedule.
Students and recent graduates who can commit to the schedule are welcome to apply. Previous HR or recruitment experience is helpful but not mandatory.
You will gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, operations, and working closely with the founder.
