Role Description The Human Resources Executive will support and manage end-to-end HR operations for TSMC’s teams and creative units in Mumbai. This full time, on-site role includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes.

The role involves handling day-to-day employee relations, resolving queries, supporting engagement initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards.

Executive will collaborate with leadership and department heads to address workforce needs, support organizational development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting diverse, creative teams.
- Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage concerns, mediate issues, and foster an inclusive culture.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
